To create a Player Account, you must meet these eligibility criteria:

We conduct identity verification using government-issued ID, proof of address, and other documents to prevent underage gambling, fraud, and money laundering. Verification may delay account activation or withdrawals.
You must keep your registration details updated. False information may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.
Only one account per player is permitted. Multiple accounts constitute fraud and will lead to closure of all accounts, with winnings voided.
3. Player
Your Player Account is personal and non-transferable. Access requires unique login credentials (username and password). You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and securing your credentials.
Account features include balance tracking, transaction history, game play logs, and self-exclusion tools. We monitor accounts for unusual activity.
You may deposit funds using approved methods (credit/debit cards, e-wallets, bank transfers). Minimum deposit is CAD 20; maximum varies by method.
Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposits, subject to verification. Minimum withdrawal is CAD 50; maximum per transaction is CAD 5,000, with weekly limits of CAD 20,000.

16. AML
We comply with FINTRAC: Monitor transactions >CAD 10,000, report suspicions. Enhanced due diligence for high-risk.

18. Changes to
Amendments posted 7 days in advance. Email notice for major changes.
19. Governing Law
